With over 25 years of experience with building professional relationships, Scott uses a personalized and consultative approach to better understand a company’s values, culture and goals. His exceptional perspective allows him to bring a fresh approach to talent acquisition, allowing him to connect with top-caliber candidates. Scott holds a strong pulse on the cybersecurity industry, is a trusted partner and is committed to working with industry leaders. With his unique approach and valuable insight, Scott is the critical link in finding hidden talent in a fast-paced cybersecurity market.

Scott graduated from Binghamton University with a degree from the School of Management. Scott resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife Heather and two children.

Heather Shapiro
Managing Director
Heather works closely with the Stay Gold recruiting team, providing appropriate tools, materials and research. She performs continuous market analysis of the competitive environment and industry trends. Heather is a pioneer in the cyber industry and has worked in the past with launching advertising and technological web-based solutions.

Heather graduated from the State University of New York, College at Brockport, with a degree in Marketing. Heather resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with Scott and her two children.
